SilverCreek test 10.6.1 fails
This test issues ping to the agent under test and see
if the icmpInMsgs counter works.
This counter does not count the pings.

Applied patch #810819 to fix this on the 5.0.x line.
Code changes in the 5.1 line mean that this problem
was no longer present.

running Solaris 10 on sparc and intel.
