Summary: UCD-SNMP-MIB.txt won't load on HP/OV

Initial Comment:
I extracted the UCD-SNMP-MIB.txt file from the 4.2.4 distribution and attempted
to load this mib on my HP OpenView 6.2 system.  I recieved and error that their
was a conflict in the mib.  It seems that these two lines conflict with each other...

     ucdDomains     OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= { ucdavis 251 }
     ucdTraps        OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= { ucdavis 251 }

The "ucdTraps" line is present in the original mib from the UCD site and that mib
loads correctly.

This is fixed in 4.2.5.
