Scriptid(11874)

The detection logic for v4 servers has the second if statement missing
curly brackets. If the server is v4, but the regex do not match, then
the script produces a truncated message consisting of:

"The remote IIS server *seems* to be "

Either deep or meaningless... ;)

The whole script logic could do with being overhauled and made more
consistent.
