You are totally correct about the InformationElement. The issue is quite 
different: how to make semantic notes constructed using PIMO and non-semantic 
notes stored as files interoperate. Of course, you could copy htmlContent into 
wikiText and be happy... sort of.... except that you'd have multiple copies of 
a large property indexed/stored mutiple times :/

Not sure if you have noticed, I put NIE-PIMO handover into workshop discussion 
topics. You should start praying that I don't make it to the workshop for some 
obscure reason :P
