3365 is indeed QVGA and not full-VGA.

The only two full-VGA chips are 3362 and 3372.  Both don't have audio.
THe former runs at 1.8V, the latter at 2.1V.  Since GTA02 has quite
extensive use of a 1.8V rail and no 2.1V supply at all, the choice is
quite easy.
