I can't give you exact release versions, but here are dates that recent
notable nbd patches hit mainline:

30Apr13 - increase max/default request size
28Feb13 - fsync and kill bdev on shutdown (bug fix, also went to stable-*)
28Feb13 - FLUSH support
05Oct12 - DISCARD/TRIM support
18Sep12 - clear waiting queue on shutdown (bug fix, also went to stable-*)
