Subject: Named secondary problem/question

I am having trouble getting my secondary machine to talk with REI (MSC)
primary/master machine and they have no one else using them as a name server
yet, and they are running stock 4.3bsd, and so am I (750 and 780 respectively).

Below is my latest/smallest test case file named.boot:

I am stabbing in the dark, and mailing this is also a stab in the dark, and
since mail probably won't make it back to here...
My machine is actually 128.101.63.2, but MCS gateway isn't forwarding, etc.
