We appreciate the offer for BRL to manage the UUCP domain.
There is already an organization formed to administer this
domain.  It's called the UUCP Project, and it's being
funded by Usenix.  The administrative contact is Karen Summers-Horton,
cbosgd!ksh@Berkeley.ARPA (actually ksh@cbosgd.UUCP).

If BRL would like to join with us and help out, their cooperation
would be very much appreciaated.
