Yes, it's usable outside of the states.  The sources of data are the
very same metadata scripts used in MythVideo-- if you can write a
script for a source, it can be used in mythvideo and with recordings.
An inetref is a string which identifies an item at the metadata
source.  Presently, metadata lookup adds season and episode values to
recordings in master, as well as the ability to look up, download, and
assign fanart, banners, and coverart to recording rules.  You can now
assign the specific artwork you want to a rule, as well as have
different artwork for a show for every season, just like in MythVideo.
