Just a quick comment without picking apart each setting... but rather than 
simply making a list of every option to be removed perhaps more thought needs 
to be put into whether these options should still exist somewhere and 
accessed directly through some sort of advanced configuration page.

But then perhaps some settings could be made "smarter". For example is there 
any way to auto configure some options? For example if during playback sound 
buffering errors are detected, over a certain threshold, pop up a prompt 
offering to "enable Extra Buffering". What about considering that sort of 
thing?
