 Some recordings are not listed in Media Library/Watch Recordings.
 However, the .mpg file exists in /var/lib/mythtv/recordings.  It is
 possible to watch the recording by exiting to the back end, and using the
 VLC player.

 The recoding is listed in Manage Recording/Previously Recorded.  The
 affected program is in red type, and "A" follows the listing.

 This happens frequently, perhaps once a week, usually with specific
 programs, e.g. "Person of Interest".  However most recordings are listed
 correctly in Media Library.

 The program source is over the air (antenna) USA ATSC.  I'm using
 Mythbuntu 0.27.  I had the same issue with version 0.26.
