 In the Netherlands, a merger of cable operaters (called Ziggo) provides
 DVB-C to the largest part of the country. Because of the problem this part
 of the Netherlands can't use MythTV with DVB-C.

 I'm willing to donate 100$ (70euro), to a developer to get a decent patch
 into the 0.22 branch and document it. (And 0.21.1 would be nice too)
