Hi!

This looks like a bug in the InstallShield program we are using;  It's 
probably changing the registry in some way that NT doesn't like.

Sorry, for the trouble;  All I can say is that we haven't heard about
this problem before.  MySQL itself doesn't use the registry, except
if you install it as a service.
