Hi!

I would like to ask you this for my curiosity:

into mysql 4.02 win32 it exist a cygwin posix emulation layer, it's used for
the client or for the server app?

Cygwin emulation layer it's very slow into win32, can you translate cygwin
calls into direct win32API's (without cygwin)?
