Seems like
the update query, generated by access, to update the current record, compares each \
field with it's current value in the where clause.
Datetime fields are compared as
mydatetimefield = 19940901000000 (on win98)
and
mydatetimefield = '19940901000000' (on win95)
The former doesn't work, the latter does.
As a side effect, as the former doesn't match a record, access tells me that another \
user has modified the record.
Is there a way to work around this problem? Any other experiences?
Lieven
