Thanks for your suggestion, but that does not work, and it's not
surprising : the SAME request WORKS with odbc 2.50 and DOES NOT work
odbc 3.51. The problem is somewhere else.
Does myodbc 3.51 handle local files differently than 2.50 ?

I think that because 'E:\\DevL\\file.csv' cannot be found.. perhaps you
need to change those into 'E:/DevL/file.csv'
In : MySQL 3.23.49 and MySQL 4.0.2 LOCAL will only work if you have not
started mysqld with --local-infile=0 or if you have not enabled your
client to support LOCAL. Using LOCAL will be a little bit slower than
letting server access the files directly

Hi everybody
(I apologize if this problem has already been submitted on this list,
but I didn't find...)
I have a .NET application talking to a mysql DB through :
.NET ODBC Provider -> MyODBC 2.50 -> Mysql
The application runs this request :
LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE 'E:\\Devl\\file.csv' INTO TABLE CDR FIELDS
TERMINATED BY ';' LINES TERMINATED BY '\r\n'
(Id,Msisdn,InvoiceNumber,RecordDate,OperatorId,OperatorCallType,Transate
lCalltype,StartDate,StartTime,Duration,CallingNumber,
DialedNumber,Status,StatusDate,Charge,DestinationOrigin)
and this works very well.
Now, if I upgrade MyODBC to 3.51, the same request returns the error :
"Can't get stat of file blah blah"
Any idea ? Is it a know issue in MyODBC ?
Thanks
