Below is the list of changes that have just been commited into a local
MyODBC 3.51 repository of 'arjen'. When 'arjen' does a push, they will
be propogaged to the main repository and within 24 hours after the push
into the public repository.

First time, you can setup the 'myodbc-3.51' public repository by
following the instructions below:

 * Install Bitkeeper (http://www.bitkeeper.com/)
 * bk clone bk://work.mysql.com:7003 myodbc-3.51
 * cd myodbc-3.51
 * bk -r edit
 * aclocal; autoheader; autoconf; automake
 * ./configure
 * make
 * make install

And to get the lastest commits from the developers, you need to do:

 * cd myodbc-3.51
 * bk pull
 * make
 * make install, will build and isnstall the driver.

Do the above only if you want to help us debug MyODBC 3.51 since you
will get a mid-release snapshot that may have all kinds of problems
and is not guaranteed to work.
