It's in the nightly snapshots of 3.1.0, which you can get from
http://mmmysql.sourceforge.net/snapshots/dev/

3.0.x has the older, less verbose version of the profiler, which
probably won't be backported because of the amount of code that would
need to be changed, which is not appropriate for a 'stable' branch.
