Add the ability to get a sessionId from ExternalContextUtils

The ExternalContextUtils has a way to get the requested sessionId, but not a way to \
get the real sessionId.  getting the real sessionId is a bit more complex because it \
relies on two different session implmentations and must use reflection if you want to \
do it in a container agnostic fashion.
