Then, you should see the accented characters. Something may be broken
concerning the locales or perhaps something is lacking in the distribution.
You should upgrade and/or recompile Mutt (and read the FAQ about these
charset and locale problems).

The charset is already correct, so no need to use procmail to fix it.
