Ciao Dave,

here's what I use in my .msmtprc

account <accountName>
host <smtp server of your isp>
user <your username>
from <email address the mail should be coming from>
auth login
tls on
auth on
protocol smtp
password <your password>
logfile ~/msmtp_log.txt

please note that you may remove/modify the lines about the loginmechanisms and encryption.
