Unfortunately, no, there isn't. Mutt's imap support is somewhat 
primitive, and mutt's underlying design doesn't currently make room 
for messages that are only partially available (to mutt, messages are 
either completely there, or entirely missing). It's certainly 
conceivable that mutt *could* develop this ability in the future (file 
a bug report and pester the developer!), it doesn't have the ability 
at the moment.
