Hi all.

I would like to launch the mail command from the browser. I browsed the
manual, but the mail function is defined only in the index menu. So if
I'm in the browser I have to:

1) select a dir where there is at least one mailbox
2) select that entry
operation that is quite difficult to implement with a macro in a
robust way.

There is a simpler method to perform this? It seems the nice solution would
be to have a <mail> function implemented in the browser context.
