You can use «Joėl CARNAT» (with a 'ė') in your From: field, it's not a
problem and it's nicer :)

You can use a macro. Here is my idea :
macro index g "<enter-comand>set reply_regexp='your group regexp'\n\
               <group-reply><enter-comand>\
               set reply_regexp='usual regexp'\n"\
               "reply to all recipients"
