#3948: Please add a hook called just before sendmail invocation

Comment (by tpikonen):

Just to make the report here clearer, I want to use the hook before
sendmail invocation to make gpg-agent ask for the passphrase. This way
even a very short TTL will be enough to let msmtp read its password.

But, I now realize that the same thing can be implemented by binding the
send-message key (i.e. 'y') to a macro which makes the the passphrase
input call first and then calls send-message.
