That won't do. Sure the patch is an improvement since it split To and
CC, but that does not adress the problem of swapping To and CC.

Currently the only way to do that is to use E and editing the headers
by hand.

Note that the readline cut buffer (C-k/C-y) is flushed so I cannot do
C C-k <ret> T C-y <ret> to move the CC in the To.
