I have some large mbox mail folders, the largest of which is 37Mb and I use procmail \
to filter mail into these. When new mail arrives and I change folder to read it, mutt \
rescans the entire file to create the index. Could mutt cache the index after closing \
a folder so that next time it can be opened quicker?
