Hi all

We're having a lot of problems with Word/Excel applications on top of
Metaframe 1.8 in a WAN environment. The programs will stop responding, or
just "disappear". The problem seems related to auto-connected client
printers. Making sure that the printer is set to the right paper format and
"no bidirectional support", seems to help - however this must be done almost
every time. 

Does anyone know how to control settings for autoconnected printers ?
