Experienced M[UMPS] developer (11 years) is looking around for new contract.
Areas of expertise:
Banking Information Systems
Medical Information Systems (patient’s information and medical laboratories’
databases, interaction between insurance companies and healthcare
institutions)
Instrumental tools for developing applications in M[UMPS] environment –
(CASE tools of low level – screens/reports/database layout design and
development)
Programming languages and environments:
DTM (v4.2-v6.4), DSM (v3.11-v6), GTM (v3.1-v4.2) – 11 years
PowerBuilder (ver5-6.5) – 1 year
C/(C++/Visual C++ v4-6) – 2 years
Acquainted with operating systems:
UNIX (AIX), Open VMS, Windows 95-98/NT
Some of customers that I worked for and performed tasks:
Bank of Bermuda – fixing logical errors in the database.
Credit Union Center of Manitoba (Winnipeg) – "Gate-Keeper" project that
provided interconnection facilities between existing banking system
(Profile/Anywhere) and external applications with developing proprietary
data exchange protocols.
Federal Home Loan Bank (Boston) – testing for Y2K compliance.
ING bank of Canada (Toronto) – developing number of middle size projects
inside of existing banking system (Profile/Anywhere), testing for Y2K
compliance.
Lutheran Church Extension Fund (Sent-Luis) – testing for Y2K compliance
Sumitomo Bank (New York) – production of custom banking statements, new
financial reports, testing for Y2K compliance
My current contract will have been finished by 7-th October.
