Ed de Moel submitted his notes on cleaning up the latest DHCP/VISTA
%INDEX code to run without the Kernel and to work with MSM.  The notes
can be found at the Hardhats site (http://www.hardhats.com) by following
a link on the programmer tools page.  FWIW, even though the software is
called %INDEX it has been renamespaced to the XUIND* namespace.

We may well be posting the latest common VA code (Kernel, Fileman,
Toolkit, etc.) to the Hardhats site after the first of the year.  You
can certainly find information at the Hardhats site for ordering the
FOIA CD-ROM for $25 that has everything you could want.
