We have had a problem recently using Micronetics UDP and I waswondering if
any of you had experienced anything similar. Here's the situation....

1. We have two PC's running MSM PC-PLUS. They are 'connected' using the
UDP protocol across a frame-relay network. The IP stack (as recommended by
Micronetics) is by FTP Software.

2. Whenever global entries are set across the network (i.e. via extended
reference to the other machines vol, uci) we occasionally get corruption in
the form of real characters being replaced with 'Null' characters ($c(0)).

3. When we talked to Micronetics, their answer was that it is a FTP
Software problem, but that was still their recommended IP stack! So they
suggested that we just use MSM-NT.....gee, I don't guess they'll be
providing that for FREE now will they!

Any similar experiences with UDP???

Chris
