I got perl to install dynamically finally. Had to make some manual changes
to the bsdos.sh file in the "hints" directory of the perl src tree. Got
everything except SDBM_File to load dynamically now.

All tests 100% OK building perl dynamic (except SBDM_File module, build
that static)

All tests & install 100% OK building DBI .93
All tests & install 100% OK building Msql-Mysql modules 1.18x on BSDI 3.1

It looks like there are a few changes that need to be made to the
"bsdos.sh" file in order to be able to dynamically install perl on this
o/s. If you'd like a detailled copy of the changes, please email me
directly, I don't want to post it on the list b/c of its length and relevancy.

Thanks to all for your time and suggestions.
