mSQL 1 supported an environment variable MSQL_TCP_PORT for choosing the
port. It seems, mSQL 2 no longer does. It only offers setting the port
in msql.conf.

I have prepared a version 1.2006 of the Msql-Mysql-modules that I am
uploading to CPAN right now. It offers a new attribute

	$dbh = DBI->connect("DBI:mSQL:test:msql_configfile=msql_test.conf");
