David,

 

This is fairly straightforward and most of the information you need is on
the Windows Media player software development pages at their website.

 

In simple terms ..

 

Embed the player in your web page

 

And

 

Write code (such as javascript)  to ..

 

Open and play the file

Obtain the marker information 

Format it and display it as table of  hyperlinks.

Re-position video and play it when hyperlink is clicked.

inserted into a wma or wmv file, as clickable links on a web page?
