Hi

I manage WMS on a windows 2003 server and have a recording application that
was built for my firm. We had a problem that we had no feed from the url
from a publishing point (it showed all green (that there was a broadcast).

The firm that built the apllication told us that a publishing point "frose"
and he restarted (stop/start) the point. After he did that everything seem
to work.

My question is: Is this bull or what? I can tell you that the application
ties upp the publishing point and never lets go. The app its self controles
if something is sent to the point or not (witch i dont like)

Please help me with this one!
