Do you have any experience with vbricks VBXcoder? It's my understanding
that this software would receive the mpg2 stream and encode it via a WM
profile. This stream would then have to be picked up by the server to act
as a publishing point for multicasting. It at this point I've had trouble
and have never gotten the WM admin 4.1 to pick up the stream. Vbrick
hasn't
been very helpful here and I confess I haven't gotten back to it lately.
Any ideas?

I have limited exp with VBricks but as long as you have a VBrick to receive
the stream you could then via the S-Video or BNC (component?) out Video and
1/8" R & L out Audio. Feed that to whatever capture card feeding WME
which in turn would feed to your WMS server. Nothing jumps out as being a
problem in my mind

Was wondering if anyone here could help me out with a question.

For some odd reason, don't ask me why, but we have some folks that are
trying to connect a Vbrick encoded stream to a Windows Media Server 2003
and
create a Multicast Stream to display what Vbrick is streaming.

Is this possible? If so what setting must you use on the WMS?

Thanks for the help in advance.

Andres
