Subject:    NT4/MS Codec install

In our faculty computer network lots of computers use MS-NT4 as
Operating System.
Generally the users do not have Administrator privileges.
Currently the WM-video codec v8 is not available on most of these systems.
When a user tries to play a .wmv that uses this codec, WMP does a
download of the codec.
But after the download it is not possible to install the codec,
because of the limited privileges.
What method can be used to enable this installation?
