I've been told by a guy with WebTV that he has a Windows Media Player with
WebTV and he can get WM at the MSN site and some sports sites. I didn't
think a WebTV user had access to Windows Media...

So the questions is: do WebTV users get Windows Media and why would he be
having problems seeing the WM video I'm sending out from my WM server? I
believe the person encoding the live video is using MPEG-4 V3 at 30kbps. He
claims to have seen it initially but not since.
