You should be able to do this with the DirectShow part of DX 8 fairly
easily.

You could also check out the wmaplay sample in the format sdk which will
picks up the decompressed samples and writes them to the wave device (and
should be easy to change to use DirectSound or whatever...)

in one pc ???

I need to send the stream directly to the output, like send
WAV files, but use WMA files.
