John,

This is an expected ( unfortunately ) bug in Netscape on NT. Netscape
has not offered any development solutions ( nor could we find any ) .
The only version I know that it has been fixed is Netscape Comm 4.05.
Basically it tries to use DDRAW , cannot load it , then uses another
components. There should be not adverse affects ( as you noted ) .
