I could be wrong, but I believe that you can still include a script file
using Vidtoasf using NetShow 3.0, just like you could for Netshow 2.0.

Just use Premiere or what-ever to compress your .avi with the codecs of your
choice at the proper bit rate, then run vidtoasf with a script file saved
out as a text doc.

The script file syntax is something like this:

*****************************************************
Title: Sample Script File
Author: John Herb
Copyright: 1998, Saltmine Creative Inc.
Description: Testing 1,2,3...
Rating: PG-13

start_script_table

1.0 URL http://www.saltmine.com
2.0 Caption Testing 1,2,3...
10.0 URL http://www.saltmine.com
11.0 Caption Still watching?
17.0 Caption Good!
20.0 URL http://www.saltmine.com
30.0 URL http://www.saltmine.com

end_script_table

start_marker_table

1.0 begin
11.0 hello
20.0 blah blah
30.0 blah de dah

end_marker_table
*****************************************
Or, the VivoActive tools may be enough to help you get the job done too,
depending on what you want your script to do.

I hope that helps.
