Bimal,

The Netshow 2.0 encoder should only disable the live video options, you
should still be able to use the Netshow  2.0 Real Time Encoder to transcode
a existing AVI or WAV file into an ASF file by choosing the radio button
labeled AVI/WAV file on the first page of the wizard.
