Hey Paul,

If you are using a channel make sure the stream formats of the channel
are current with the asf source you are using.  Make sure the URL is
correct in the program use MMS://server/file.asf for stored files or
MSBD://encoder:port for an encoder. (provided you are not using stream
aliases)

this is most often an incorect stream formats in the case of a channel
or improper url's for the program.
