You can take a .MOV file and convert it to an ASF file.  I know this is
a QuickTime file but do not profess to know how QuickTime VR is related.
Tipically with a QuickTime or what I know as a .MOV file you may need to
alter the bitrate and codec to get acceptable results on a slow internet
connection with a client on a different platform.
