I have a user that experiencing continuous buffering when viewing live
NetShow pieces.  He is able to view archived steaming content without
issue.  He is using his browser proxy settings for HTTP through Raptor
Eagle 3.06.  He is accessing the Internet via a T1.  His browser is IE
and his OS is NT 4.0.

Any ideas?
