I am trying to change the configuration of this codec in a program.  Can
anyone suggest a way to do this.  I have tried to open the driver with
ICOpen then use ICGetState to read the state then ICSetState to set it.
That does not seem to work when I then do a ICCompressorChoose to look at
the settings.
