Hi Grig,

We working on getting this information published.  Right now it is
unavailable in it's current form.  There are some revisions to the
format that are undergoing investigation and the specs for asf
development should be avaliable once this is finalized.   We will post
this information or how to receive this information once it is
avaliable.

reply to me directly with comments on the product or details about your
needs for the asf specifications and I will note it.
