That's a question for the SmartCardDDK discussion alias.

Couple notes though:
The goal of the USB CCID specification is that the device is compatible
at USB level.
Microsoft provides the driver, the vendor provides the hardware and the
PnP id.

In other words, there is no need for you to provide a driver if your
device is USB CCID compliant.

I Have to develop a driver with a reader on windows 98, 2000, XP.
It must be compliant with the Device Class Specification for USB
Chip/Smart
Card Interface Devices.

I don't know if it is the good speech room.

Then I know that I have to use a DDK. The driver must be compliant too
with
the PC/SC I don't have any other information.

Can you give me some advices...
