Subject:    windows 2003 and scardssp.dll

I found out installation of windows 2003 doesn't contain file scardssp.dll.
This file contain Smart Card COM interfaces. That's why source code for
interacting with smart card works on win9x/win ME, win NT/2000 but doesn't
work on windows 2003 server. I copied scardssp.dll from win2000 SP3 and
register it with regsvr32 and everithing works OK. Is there another way to
make SC COM work on windows 2003? Is there update for this issue?
