Hi,

For some reason, MS has removed the link of the base components from =
their web site.
Attached are the 2 setup programs required to install the smart card =
base components.

You must first install the scbase.exe, the install smclib.exe. It is a =
hot fix that contains some bug corrections, you must install it in order =
to have your system working properly.

I've just installed Win98 (*NOT* SE) and seems like it doesn't include =
the
resource manager. I couldn't find scardsvr.exe. How do i setup the =
manager
under Win98. Does it come with Plus98! or SP??
